What's in this video
- A Toolbar is a row of buttons along the top of a page, for the things people do most: log a job, report a fault, open a report. Search for Toolbar and click it.
- Give it a name. Then, under Buttons, click Add button for each button you want. Let's have two.
- Type the first button's words: New job.
- Then choose where it goes. Go to a page, and pick the New work order form.
- The second button: Report a fault, going to the What's wrong form.
- A button can also go to a page in another of your apps, or open a website. And Remove takes a button away.
- Button alignment puts the buttons on the left, in the middle, or on the right. Let's put them on the right.
- Click Preview, and try a button.
- Here are the two buttons. Click Report a fault, and the form opens, ready to fill in.
