Order from the jobEngineers tap Order parts on the job they're on. Pick from your price list or type anything.
Rules that approve for youSmall orders from approved suppliers go straight through. Bigger ones go to the right person, with the reason they need a look.
Purchase ordersOrders go to the supplier with your company details and a clear number to quote on the bill.
Deliveries on the phoneMark what arrived and take a photo of the delivery note, on site.
Bills checked for youEvery bill is checked against the order and the delivery. Anything that doesn't agree waits in Needs a look, with exactly why.
Costs on the jobWhat a job's parts cost shows on its costs as soon as it's ordered, and updates when delivered and billed.

- Approved bills go to your Xero or QuickBooks as bills to pay.
- Approvals appear in the same "to approve" button as everything else in OmniSchema.
- Budgets are optional: use them when you want them.
