Blocks: My Day

Each person's own open jobs and the planned maintenance that's due, with nothing to set up.

What's in this video

1. My Day shows the person looking at it what's on their plate: their open jobs, and the planned maintenance that's due. It's ideal on a page for engineers. Search for My Day and click it.
2. There's nothing to set up. It finds them by itself, from the Work Orders and PPM Schedule lists in your app. Just give it a name.
3. Make it a little taller, so the whole day fits.
4. Click Preview, to see it as the person signed in. That's Priya, who has some jobs assigned to her.
5. First come the open work orders assigned to the person signed in, each with its status. Priya has five.
6. Underneath are the planned maintenance tasks that are due, with the date each one is due, so nothing planned gets forgotten.
7. Click a job, and it opens on your jobs page, with its details and its Start and Close buttons, ready to work on.
8. Everyone sees their own day. An engineer sees the jobs assigned to them, and Priya sees hers, so one page works for the whole team.
