Blocks: Calendar

Put rows on the days they're due, in month, week or day view, and open any of them.

What's in this video

  1. A Calendar puts the rows of a list on the days they're due: planned maintenance, visits, inspections. Search for Calendar and click it.
  2. Name it, and choose the list under Data source. Choose PPM Schedule, the planned maintenance.
  3. Date column decides which day each row goes on. Choose Next due.
  4. Event title column is the words shown on each day. Choose Task.
  5. View: Month, Week or Day. Month gives the big picture. Week and Day show more detail. This is just where it starts: your team can switch.
  6. Make it bigger with Wider and Taller, so each day has room.
  7. Click Preview.
  8. Here's the month, with each task on its due day. Use the arrows to move between months, and Today to come back.
  9. Click a task to open it, with all its details.
