Global billing

See your products, plan and users, what you pay, and the new price of a change before anything changes.

What's in this video

1. Global billing shows what you have, and what you pay. In Governance, click Global billing.
2. At the top are your products: Operations, with your plan and how many users you have, then People, and Purchasing, with the bills read this month.
3. Ashgrove's plan was arranged with us directly, so each one says Arranged with OmniSchema. If you pay by card, What you pay now lists each part and your total.
4. Below, you can change your plan, or add a product. First, how you pay: monthly, or annual with ten percent off.
5. Then the plan for Operations: Free, Starter or Growth, or No Operations, if you only use People or Purchasing. Each plan includes some users, and you can add extra users up to its limit.
6. Under Add products are Purchasing and People, each with its price alongside your plan.
7. Choose something different, and the new price shows here before anything changes. Because Ashgrove's plan is arranged with us, they'd contact us to change it.
8. At the bottom are your billing history, with every invoice, and how much of your file storage you've used.
