How customers book

What your customers see when they book: free and booked times, their details, and the booking arriving in your list.

What's in this video

1. This is your booking page, exactly as your customers see it. There's no sign in, and no account to make. At the top is your heading and your message.
2. First, they choose a day. Days that are fully booked are faded out.
3. Then a time. Free times can be picked. Times that are taken just say Booked. Your customers never see who booked them, or why.
4. Now they fill in their details. Just the boxes you chose, nothing else.
5. And click Book this time.
6. That's it. They're booked, and they can see the day and time. If someone else had taken that time a moment earlier, they'd be asked to pick another one, so you never get two bookings for the same slot.
7. Now let's see it from your side. The booking is already a new row in your Appointments list, with the date and time, and everything they typed. Delete the row to cancel it, and the time is free again.
