- A Select is a drop-down list that filters the page. People pick a value, such as a site, and only the matching rows show. This page has a table of jobs. Search for Select, click it, and move it above the table with the Position arrows.
- Name it, and choose the same list as the table under Data source: Work Orders.
- Options field is the column the choices come from. Choose Site, and the drop-down lists every site that has jobs.
- Click Preview.
- Click the drop-down. You can scroll, or type to find a site quickly. Type North, and choose Northgate House.
- The table now shows just the jobs at Northgate House. Choose Everyone to see them all again.
- A table filter set to Viewers can change this, Yes, works with a Select. For example, start on the signed-in person's own jobs, and let them choose someone else.
