Data import and export

Bring in a spreadsheet, and take your data out whenever you want.

What's in this video

1. Data import and export lets you bring a spreadsheet into any list, or take your data out. Click Data import and export.
2. First, choose the system, and then the list you want to work with. We'll use Requesters.
3. To take your data out, click Export CSV, or Export Excel. The file only has the columns and rows you're allowed to see.
4. To bring data in, click Import, and choose your file. OmniSchema matches your column headings to the list's columns, and shows you before anything is saved.
5. Check the matches, change any that look wrong, then click Import rows. Files of up to two hundred rows go in here. For a bigger file, use Import a large file instead.
